* Note:
① Find the "data backup" of the mobile phone page. Only data that supports automatic synchronization (such as contacts, text messages, schedules and notes) can be backed up to the cloud service, but photos and videos do not. Please confirm the data backup on the cloud service webpage after sending the instruction. If photos and videos have not been backed up in the cloud service, the data of photos and videos will be lost when the mobile phone is cleared.
(2) If the words "To protect data security, all functions can be used only after unlocking" are displayed on the screen, it means that some functions of the mobile phone have been disabled. In this scenario, the mobile phone will not execute the related instructions sent by the webpage of the cloud service, such as data backup, clearing the mobile phone and other instructions.
Third, reset the phone through recovery mode.
Some models can use the recovery mode to reset the phone, which will delete all the data in the phone, including the password. If you backed up your phone data before you forgot your password, you can restore the relevant data after resetting your phone. If you haven't backed up the data, you won't be able to keep the data on your phone, and once the data is cleared, it can't be recovered.
Step 1: Turn off the phone.
