According to the spirit of the "Notice on Carrying out the Qualification Certification of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Jiangxi Province in 2020", the relevant matters concerning the qualification certification of primary and secondary school (kindergarten) teachers in Chongren County in 2020 are hereby announced as follows:

First, online registration

Online registration time: June 202011-July 5.

1. Eligible applicants should log on to the "China Teacher Qualification Network" (www.jszg.edu.cn) within the time specified by the accreditation body, and make a declaration from the real-name registration of the "teacher qualification accreditation applicant online newspaper portal".

2. When applying for online registration, carefully read the Notes issued by the selected teacher qualification accreditation institution, fill in personal information accurately and truthfully, and submit the corresponding application materials for review at the on-site confirmation stage of teacher qualification accreditation according to the requirements of the accreditation institution.

3. The electronic photos uploaded by the registration system should be the applicant's recent bareheaded color white background photos (JPG/JPEG format, no more than 200K).

4. When filling in the registration information, read the personal commitment letter carefully, download and print it, and upload it to the registration system after I sign it.

(3) Confirm the object:

1. Obtained qualified academic qualifications, and successfully applied for teacher qualification certificate online in China.

2 China citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Social personnel whose household registration is within the jurisdiction of Chongren County;

(2) Social personnel who have applied for residence permits within the jurisdiction of Chongren County and are within the validity period;

(3) College graduates with household registration in Chongren County;

(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our county shall be valid for five years with valid certificates such as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents' Residence Permit, Hong Kong and Macao Residents' Pass to and from the Mainland and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents;

(5) Active servicemen and armed police stationed in Chongren County.

Three. The materials that the applicant needs to provide for on-site confirmation are as follows:

(a) to provide relevant certificates that meet the requirements for applying for the qualification of teachers (one of the following two can be):

1. Chinese mainland (Mainland) personnel are required to provide the household registration certificate within the jurisdiction of Chongren County (the household registration certificate can be the household registration book or the certificate issued by the public security organ) or the original residence permit within the validity period of Chongren County;

2. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in Chongren County shall provide valid certificates such as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the mainland, and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents valid for five years.

(2) Provide basic materials for on-site confirmation of teachers' qualifications (note: the electronic license information of Ganfutong can be used as supplementary materials for comparative verification);

1. Original proof of no criminal record (social personnel who have household registration in Chongren County and hold a valid residence permit in Chongren County will be sent a letter by the appraisal institution, and the public security organ will issue a certificate, and individuals do not need to provide it separately; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers must submit the original certificate of no criminal record issued by the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. Among them, applicants from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region may apply to the Jiangxi Provincial Teacher Qualification Accreditation Steering Group Office for issuing relevant letters in advance through the teacher qualification accreditation body);

2. Original ID card;

3. Original graduation certificate (if the graduation certificate or academic information before 2002 failed to pass online verification, the website of China Higher Education Certification Report of the Ministry of Education or the electronic registration filing form of the Ministry of Education should be provided as appropriate when confirming on site; Applicants with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications and foreign academic qualifications should provide the original certificate of academic degree certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education);

4. The original "Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate";

5. Certificates of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination within the validity period printed online (provided by non-normal graduates, teachers' graduates 20 17 years ago, teachers' graduates who entered school after 20 16 years, normal students who did not apply for teacher qualification for the first time, and graduates from other provinces who started the pilot reform of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification system and later);

6. Recently, there are 3 one-inch color photo on a white background with bareheaded front (the teacher qualification certificate and physical examination form need to be pasted with photos, which should be consistent with the photos uploaded during online registration, and the name, category and subject of the teacher qualification certificate application should be written on the back).

7. Log in to the personal identification account, download and print the teacher qualification application form (please check whether the information in the "photo" and "personal commitment letter" is clear, complete and standardized, otherwise you need to upload the "photo" or "personal commitment letter" again).

(3) Teachers' education graduates from full-time ordinary colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province who enrolled in or before 2015 and between 20 18 and 20 19, who apply for the qualification of teachers in the corresponding disciplines for the first time, shall provide the following supplementary supporting materials (except the applicants who hold the qualification certificates for primary and secondary school teachers within the validity period):

(1) If you fail to apply for teacher qualification recognition when you graduate this year due to special circumstances, you shall provide a written certificate issued by the original graduation school for not recognizing the teacher qualification in the graduation year within 3 years (from the graduation year to the third year).

(2) The original or photocopy of compulsory (excluding elective) normal education courses such as pedagogy, educational psychology, educational technology and teaching methods, and the registration form of qualified students (the photocopy shall be signed by the competent department of graduation archives with the words "copy is consistent with the original" and stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(3) For those who have participated in education and teaching practice for more than three months, the original or photocopy of the evaluation form (or internship appraisal form) issued by the original graduation school (the photocopy needs to be signed by the competent department of graduation archives and stamped with the official seal of the unit; The internship discipline should correspond to the major studied. In principle, the internship unit should be a junior high school or a primary school, and the middle school teachers and students should be primary schools).

Fourth, physical examination

The medical examination will be arranged by an authorized institution (no personal medical examination will be accepted). The starting time is scheduled for the end of July. The specific time and place shall be subject to the SMS notification of Chongren County Education and Sports Bureau, and the medical examination notice will be sent on July 22nd.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) certificate

The specific time and requirements for the issuance of teacher qualification certificate shall be subject to the short message notice of Chongren County Education and Sports Bureau (notice issued on August 10). The certificate will not be mailed, but it can be collected by others (ID cards and contact numbers of the client and the client are required).
