Open 360 Security Guard and switch to the Software Manager tab.

In the software collection window that opens, search for "SMS recovery". And select one of the two data recovery softwares "Android" and "Apple" from the search results list according to your mobile phone type, and click the "Download" button. Select "Android mobile phone data recovery software" in this small series.

Next, connect the mobile phone to the computer through the USB data cable and turn on the "USB debugging" switch in the mobile phone.

The mobile phone must have ROOT privileges. One of the ways to get the ROOT right of mobile phone is to search for "Brush Wizard" from Baidu, and use the Brush Wizard to get the Root right of mobile phone.

Run the "Frombyte recovery for Android" software on the desktop, and click the "Export Mobile Phone Data" button in the main interface of the program.

With the "USB debugging" switch on normally, click the "Load Settings" button in the pop-up window.

After successfully obtaining the mobile phone device information, click the "Get SMS Data" button to obtain the SMS database file.

In the pop-up file saving location window, select to save to a disk directory, which cannot contain Chinese names. Click OK to successfully export the SMS database file.

Then click "New Task" in the main interface of the program.

In the new task window that pops up, select SMS-Info from the task option drop-down list, then select SMS-Info database file, and click OK.

Then, it will list the existing SMS and deleted SMS in the current mobile phone.

Select the item "Deleted Short Messages", right-click the list of deleted short messages, and select the item "Export all short messages".

In the pop-up window, click the "Save" button to restore the SMS content.

Finally, open the generated SMS content file with Excel form and you can see the SMS content.
