How to set SMS center number for vivo mobile phone?

If you use a vivo mobile phone, the SMS center number is the SMS server. SMS sent by mobile phone needs to be sent to SMS center number first, and then forwarded to the other mobile phone by SMS center number, which is equivalent to SMS transfer station.
