Development history

On February 13th, 22, in the early stage of epidemic prevention and control, in order to facilitate mobile phone users to prove their itinerary without leaving home or running much, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized China ICT Institute and three major operators to jointly launch a public welfare application dedicated to epidemic prevention-"communication itinerary card".

With the continuous optimization of epidemic prevention and control measures, the "communication travel card" has been continuously improved to meet every new epidemic prevention task.

From : on November 1th, 22, the marking function of "Communication Travel Card" was introduced for the first time. The names of cities with medium and high risk areas will be marked in red, which are only used as travel tips and are not related to health status.

starting from 2: 3 on January 8th, 221, the "communication itinerary card" will no longer mark the names of cities with medium and high risk areas in red, but will be marked with an * (asterisk) after the name of the city. The * (asterisk) mark indicates that the user has visited the current medium or high risk areas in the city within the previous 14 days, but does not mean that the user has actually visited these medium and high risk areas.

On September 15th, 221, the national government service platform "Epidemic Prevention Health Code" has integrated the "Communication Big Data Travel Card", and the health code and travel code have fully realized the "two codes in one" in the whole country.

On June 29th, 222, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the cancellation of the "asterisk" mark on the "communication travel card", which required more refinement and accuracy in the division of high-risk areas/medium-risk areas and the prevention and control management. The prompt function of the "asterisk" mark on the communication travel card was difficult to play a role in the concrete implementation of the new prevention and control strategy.

on July 8, 222, the Ministry of industry and information technology announced that the coverage time range of the query results of "communication travel card" was adjusted from "14 days" to "7 days". It is clearly stated in the user guide of "Communication Big Data Travel Card" that the travel card can provide users with free certificates of countries (regions) that I have visited in the past 7 days and domestic cities that have stayed for 4 hours continuously.
