I am Huawei x8 mobile phone. I often get stuck now. When I got stuck, it collapsed.

If your mobile phone has a blue screen, a black screen, a white screen, a crash or a stuck phone during use, please solve it according to the following methods.

Please press and hold the power button 10 seconds or more to forcibly restart the phone to try to solve it. Forced restart will not clear the data of the mobile phone.

Please confirm whether there has been brushing behavior or using third-party brushing software. Unofficial systems will affect the stability of mobile phones. Please back up important data and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center to restore or upgrade the system.

Please confirm whether to use the mobile phone when charging. In this case, the phone may overheat, resulting in abnormality. Please close the background applications that are not commonly used, and try to avoid playing with your mobile phone when charging.

Multiple applications are open and running at the same time. Running multiple applications in the background will take up too much memory or other resources, and the phone may be abnormal when it is overloaded. Please turn on the background, close the temporarily unnecessary applications in time, and release system resources.

Please confirm whether there is any abnormality when playing large games or running some specific applications. Some third-party applications are incompatible with the system, which may cause the phone to crash and the system to get stuck, leading to a black screen or restart. It is recommended to enter the application management to find and uninstall incompatible software, clear the memory, and upgrade the third-party application app and system software to the latest version to see if it can be solved.

Too low or too high temperature will trigger the low or high temperature protection function of the mobile phone, resulting in automatic shutdown or restart. It is recommended that you try to keep your mobile phone at an ideal temperature (0℃ to 35℃).

Please confirm whether some software is installed or the phone is abnormal after clicking the unknown link. You can enter safe mode and uninstall previously installed software.

Enter and exit safe mode:

EMUI 9. 1 and below: During the boot process, press the volume down button continuously to complete the boot. When the words appear in the lower left corner of the screen, it means that the mobile phone has entered;

EMUI 9. 1. 1。 EMUI 10.0: Press on/off key and volume increase key continuously at the same time during startup until recovery mode appears, and select safe mode;

Just restart your phone when you exit.

Please confirm whether the system files have been deleted by mistake. When the system is running, the corresponding file can't be found, which leads to confusion and mobile phone failure. Please back up important data and try to restore the mobile phone system version through Huawei Mobile Assistant or eRecovery.

If the high-definition icon can be displayed normally before the mobile phone is repaired, but it cannot be displayed after the repair, it is recommended that you unplug the SIM card and replace it with another operator's SIM card. After the mobile phone is registered in the network normally, unplug the SIM card and insert the problematic SIM card into the mobile phone, and the problem can be solved.

Please confirm whether the microSD card is installed. Please reseat the microSD card and check whether the problem still exists. If the problem does not exist, it may be a poor contact. If the problem still exists, it may be that the microSD itself is damaged or incompatible with the mobile phone system. It is recommended to replace the high-quality microSD card.

If the above methods fail to solve your problem, please back up your important data in advance and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and processing.
