2, leading cadres' personal leave

In principle, all deputy heads of townships must ask for leave for 0.5 to 5 days if they cannot work in their posts. When necessary, the heads of townships in their posts should report or ventilate to the secretary of the township party committee.

The chairman and deputy secretary of the National People's Congress need to take 0.5-5 days off, and they must ask for leave from the party secretary.
