Treatment process

1. Registration fee: The medical examiner enters the registration information in the registration window of the lobby on the first floor with the second-generation ID card or passport and four two-inch bareheaded recent photos, examines and determines the medical examination items and vaccination items, and receives the medical examination and vaccination application form after paying the fee. Please read the registration form carefully, confirm and sign it, and then enter the physical examination under the guidance of the staff. Overseas students should also prepare relevant materials and forms required by foreign schools (such as school requirements) and your basic immunization certificate for children in China (original and copy) in advance, and go to Window 8 for consultation and acceptance first.

2. Go to each department for physical examination after paying the fee. The medical examination application form has the signature positions of doctors in various departments. After each examination, it is signed by the doctor in the examination department.

The layout of each department is as follows: the X-ray room is on the east side of the first floor of the building; (ENT, surgery, internal medicine, electrocardiogram room, B-ultrasound room, blood collection hall and urine samples are all on the second floor of the building).

3. After the physical examination is completed, submit the physical examination form to the table collection office in the lobby on the first floor. The physical examination is over after the doctor rechecks and confirms that all the required items are completed.

4. At 2:30-5:00 p.m. three working days after the physical examination, you can get the Certificate of International Travel Health Examination and the Certificate of International Vaccination or Preventive Measures from the physical examination hall with the receipt. Outbound personnel who only vaccinate can receive the international vaccination certificate or proof of preventive measures with the invoice that afternoon.
