The mobile phone number has been cancelled. How can JD.COM change the number?

1. Open the JD.COM official website or JD.COM App and log in.

2. In the Personal Center in the upper right corner of the page, select the setting option.

3. On the Settings page, find the account and security or similar options, and then click Enter.

4. On the account and security page, find the phone binding option, and then click Enter.

5. After entering the mobile phone binding page, select the option of changing the mobile phone number or the like.

6. The system will ask to verify the identity of the original mobile phone number, and complete the verification steps according to the system prompts.

7. After successful verification, you can enter a new mobile phone number and follow the system prompts to complete the operation of changing the mobile phone number.
