(1) Strengthen health management before exams. Candidates are the first person responsible for their own health, strengthen health protection, and do not leave the registration location unless necessary before the exam; do not go out unless necessary, do not go to crowded places or participate in gathering activities, wear masks when going out, and try to avoid taking public transportation. ***Transportation, keep a safe distance between people.

(2) Fill in health information on time. Starting from December 19th, candidates will measure their body temperature and monitor their health status by themselves every day, log in to the WeChat public account service of the Guangdong Provincial Education Examination Authority - Health Report and truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the system prompts, and report their nucleic acid in the system on December 21st. Carry out nucleic acid testing on time. All candidates must go to a nearby nucleic acid sampling point for a single-tube nucleic acid test and sampling on December 20 with their ID cards and admission tickets (see Appendix 1 for the nucleic acid sampling point). The test center will adjust the examination room arrangements appropriately based on the nucleic acid test results. Candidates, especially those with positive nucleic acid test results, are requested to pay close attention to the text messages sent by the Provincial Education Examination Authority and learn about the arrangements for the examination room in a timely manner to avoid delaying the examination.

Admission with relevant documents. Candidates must enter the examination center with their admission ticket, valid resident ID card, Guangdong Health Code, "Healthy Test Commitment Letter" and wearing a mask. If you complete the nucleic acid test on December 20 outside the province, you will also need to provide a nucleic acid test report (either paper or electronic). Candidates without masks are not allowed to enter the test center. Candidates must not affect their identification by wearing masks. Special channels are set up at the entrance of the examination center according to the nucleic acid test results.
