Why don't the messages intercepted by 360 return to the inbox of the mobile phone?

The SMS intercepted by 360 failed to be restored to the mobile phone inbox. Reason:

After blocking is turned on, the intercepted message will not be displayed in the inbox of the mobile phone, but will be saved in the harassment interception of 360 security guards.

Recovery method:

Open 360, then find the harassment interception, find the message that needs to be restored, then press and hold the message to pop up the selection menu and select Restore to SMS.
