Why did the dots on Apple's mobile phone disappear?

Reset, maybe it was accidentally turned off. This point is actually called the AssistiveTouch function.

Set the opening method:

1. Set at desktop point

2. Then click General.

3. Then click accessibility.

4. Then click Auxiliary Touch.

Finally, click Open.

AssistiveTouch belongs to two English words, in which English assistive means assistance and English Touch means contact. Literally, AssistiveTouch means auxiliary contact. On the iPhone, AssistiveTouch means gesture operation.

When this function is turned on, a small box will appear on the interface of iPhone/iPod touch. Click it to pop up four function menus. This small square can move freely in eight positions around the screen with the opening and closing of different programs to avoid "getting in the way", or it can be adjusted manually.
