Does the Agricultural Bank of China card need money to open SMS?

At present, all banks are the same, and information fees are charged for opening SMS reminders for bank cards. Banks charge different fees, some monthly and some quarterly. Usually, the price is 2 to 3 yuan every month.

For example, ICBC debit card SMS reminder charges 2 yuan/month, while credit card can receive SMS notification for free, with no amount limit; China Bank, Agricultural Bank and China Construction Bank all charge 3 yuan/month for ordinary debit cards.
