At the invitation of He Laoshi, I will write a couplet before the meeting. Pick up a pen and study the theme of this activity. I have some inspiration-the "five years" of SASAC province and the "10 year" of the provincial property rights exchange center, together, are a five-one 10, and its theme is "15 10". At the same time, both SASAC and Property Rights Exchange Center focus on "standardizing the circulation of state-owned assets"-so a couplet appeared in my mind: "15 10, standardizing the circulation of state-owned assets".

I thought about it for several days, but I didn't come up with a suitable bottom line. Because of the time, I scribbled the bottom line of "eight routes and nine provinces, the market allocates resources", because there is a saying called "thoroughfare of nine provinces", and all directions represent the concept of big market. But personally, I'm not very satisfied.

On the evening of 29th, I had a phone call with Deng, deputy director of the Assets Office of SASAC. As soon as I mentioned this part, Director Deng hung up with great interest. Ten minutes later, the message from Director Deng came. This part is: "Building a capital market in Jiangnan and Jiangbei". I texted back: "The first four words are numbers". Director Deng sent back a short message: "Time versus space". Although the artistic conception of the second couplet has come out, it is still not ideal in terms of neat antithesis.

On the 30th, a symposium was held. In the course of my speech, I threw out the first part of this paper to ask for the second part, and there was warm applause at the scene immediately. The Detailed Rules for Regulating State-owned Assets Transactions fully embodies the fundamental principles and spirit of regulating the state-owned assets transactions of enterprises in China's property rights market. However, the difficulty of this couplet lies in the "15 10" in the first couplet. Four numbers, two coincidences, or an idiom, meaning serious and standardized, naturally leads to the next sentence, rhyming ups and downs.

After the meeting, many friends at the scene made a bottom line: the bottom line of sasac director, Hubei Province is "Where to go, the market treasurer is hard to find", which has profound implications and reflects Director Yang's full affirmation of He Laoshi's ten-year work and his concern and attention to the property rights market; The second couplet of Huang Jiang, a sasac director in Wuhan, is "0809, Coping with the Financial Crisis", which keeps pace with the times and reflects the main points of the current economic situation, but Director Deng's comment is "the form is right, but the spirit is wrong".
