1, high-speed rail ticket change rules are as follows:

(1) On the premise of transportation capacity, other trains can be changed more than 48 hours before departure during the pre-sale period;

(2) Within 48 hours before driving, you can change other trains before driving, or you can change other trains between 24: 00 and the ticket date, and the ticket date will not be changed the next day or later;

(3) After driving, passengers can still change other trains on the same day, but only at the ticket issuing station, and tickets changed after driving cannot be refunded;

(4) If you change to another train more than/0/5 days before the start of the train, and return the ticket before/0/5 days before the start of the train, a refund fee of 5% will still be charged.

3. After completing the visa formalities at the station, take back the original ticket and issue a new ticket, and mark the words "originating and changing" on the face of the new ticket.
