First of all, all residential areas and villages should strengthen control measures. In addition to participating in epidemic prevention and control, nucleic acid detection, garbage throwing, medical medicine purchase and daily necessities purchase, all households and vehicles are not allowed to go out unless necessary, and they are not allowed to leave their homes unless necessary, so as to minimize online shopping and avoid gathering and clustering. Guide the masses to pay close attention to the time of nucleic acid testing in the local area, participate in nucleic acid testing in different periods according to local notices, and do personal protection, and return home immediately after the testing. Party organizations at all levels should strengthen the care and protection of key groups such as orphans, disabled children, left-behind children and mental disorders, give full play to the role of village Committee members, volunteers, community workers and other personnel, implement care measures, and ensure the living needs of special groups.

Two, party and government organs and institutions at all levels in addition to ensuring the basic operation of the city, people's livelihood, emergency, epidemic prevention and control personnel, other personnel in principle to implement home office. Four, supermarkets, farmers' markets, pharmacies, catering enterprises necessary for life must strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements, and the rest of the business premises and stores will be closed. Rural markets and night markets are closed.

Five, towns, relevant departments and enterprises to ensure the adequate supply of daily necessities and price stability. Villages and towns set up service guarantee groups and set up 24-hour hotlines to respond to the demands of the masses in a timely manner.
