How to get the pick-up code of the honeycomb box express cabinet?

Honeycomb cabinets are convenient for couriers and our users. But what if you forget to pick up the pick-up code when you pick up the courier, or you can't find the pick-up code for other reasons?

Picking method

1. Go to the honeycomb box express cabinet where the express delivery is located and operate it in the self-service operation window of the express cabinet. Click the orange background icon "Pick Up" on the main interface of the hive box express cabinet (as shown in the figure).

2. Enter the pickup code pickup express interface. Because you forgot to pick up the goods code, you need to click the blue font "Forgot to pick up the goods code" to enter the interface of Forgot to pick up the goods code (as shown in the figure).

3. In the forgot to get the code interface, then according to the prompt, enter the mobile phone number of the recipient reserved when purchasing the goods, and click "Get the verification code". Wait a few seconds and receive a verification code message on your mobile phone. Upon receipt, enter the verification code in the "Please enter the verification code" box, and then click the orange icon "Next" (as shown).

4. Enter the verification code correctly, enter the pick-up list interface, and display the courier information, including the waybill number and container number. After confirming that there is no problem, click the yellow background icon "pickup" in the upper right corner (as shown).

5. The cupboard door will open automatically, take out the articles, and then close the cupboard door (as shown in the figure).
