Contact customer service in Pinduoduo to help confirm the problem of account binding. If Ping An bank card is not bound, you will generally not receive a verification message. The operation method is as follows:

1. First, after entering the Pinduoduo merchant in the mobile phone, select mine and click the option of account funds.

2. after entering, select the option of bank card management, as shown in the following figure.

3. After clicking, select the icon below to add a bank card, as shown in the figure below.

4. After that, select the account type, fill in the bank card information below, and click Next.

5. In the authentication interface, click the option to transfer money to me.
