The unit shall make an appraisal opinion on the authenticity of the publicity results and application materials, and shall not sign and report the application materials that are not publicized as required or have objections after publicity and have not been investigated and verified.
According to the appointment of professional and technical positions, the corresponding wage regulations can be fulfilled. All units must explain the relevant policies to the applicants who reached the statutory retirement age in that year, and the applicants themselves must clearly state their attitudes and submit them together with the application materials in written form, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Four, the local teachers' professional and technical qualification evaluation committee should standardize the management of primary and secondary school teachers' professional and technical evaluation work according to law, correctly exercise the authority granted, and maintain the seriousness of the evaluation work. Any teacher's professional and technical qualifications beyond the evaluation authority shall be invalid. At present, the titles of primary and secondary school teachers are independent, with three titles respectively. After the reform, the two will be unified into a new series of titles (positions) for primary and secondary school teachers.
