If you forget the password of WeChat account, you can make a complaint when logging in. After the complaint is successful, official website will return your account password via SMS.

Specific steps:

1. Enter the WeChat login interface, and click Login to encounter problems. (Note: The picture only shows the key parts, and the information such as advertisement/privacy is coded. )

2. Then see if the mobile phone number we bind can receive SMS. If you can receive it, you can retrieve it by SMS verification code. If there is no binding or the mobile phone number is invalid, we can choose no here.

3. The display here can be retrieved through qq number binding. If there is no binding, click Don't Remember.

4. You can get the mail back, or you can't get it back unless you continue to choose.

5. Finally, retrieve the password through appeal, and click Start Appeal.

6. Enter the account you want to complain about and your current mobile phone number, verify by SMS, and then wait for the official result of WeChat.
