Is the pre-litigation conciliation statement issued by 1068 true?

Is the arbitration notice issued by 1065/8/9 true?

Conclusion: False. That may be the case, but the information such as arbitration, court hearing and door-to-door visit at the beginning of 106 is not an official letter. This kind of short message belongs to spam and has no legal effect.

1065/8/9 The source of the short message is 106 short message platform, which is specially provided by China Mobile and China Unicom for enterprises to send short messages in groups. Enterprises often use 106 SMS, and e-commerce publishes advertising information such as "promotion activities" and "new product release", which is not illegal, but annoying.

So 1065/8/9' s collection, arbitration, trial and other short messages are all false, and they are all sent by collection agencies through operators. Reminders and notices of anything in short messages have no legal effect.

The court SMS will be sent by the number of 12368, and will not be in the form of spam messages. See Figure 6 and Figure 7 for the short message sent by the normal court.

Legal summons is usually served by telephone, judicial express, door-to-door service and announcement.

It should be noted that when the court sends a summons to the defendant for the first time, it usually summons the parties first to obtain a written summons from the court. So I didn't get a phone call from the court, and I didn't get a short message starting with 12368, but the court information starting with1065/1068/1069 and other notices were all false.
