Students from private schools in our city who have a student status in our city and meet the requirements of the Measures for Degree Subsidies for Private Schools in Compulsory Education in Shenzhen City meet one of the following conditions:
(1) School-age children registered in Shenzhen;
(two) school-age children who enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the municipal government;
(III) Children of non-Shenzhen household registration personnel, parents or one of them holds the residence permit of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone with use function, both parents or one of them has lived in our city continuously for 1 year, and continuously participated in social insurance (endowment insurance, medical insurance) for 1 year, or the students themselves are based on the "the State Council General Office on Printing and Distributing"

Register Guangdong unified identity authentication account with computer.
Website: Students' guardians use computers to access the "Guangdong Government Affairs Service Network", click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the page (please use this button), select "Account Password → Register Now → Personal Registration", fill in relevant information, and complete the unified identity authentication account registration in Guangdong Province. Parents who encounter problems in registering or changing their registered personal information in registered permanent residence can inquire at the help center in the upper right corner of the provincial government service network, or call the Shenzhen government service hotline (tel: 12345) for consultation.
Tips:
(1) Parents are required to use their own information (father or mother) for face registration and authentication. Each account can be declared for one student, and multiple children can declare with their father's, mother's and student's accounts with their ID cards, and submit them after filling in the relevant information correctly on the declaration page;
(2) Fill in the mobile phone number of the guardian, and the mobile phone numbers of multiple children can be reused;
(3) The certificate type and certificate number selected at the time of registration must be the student's own information, which is consistent with the registration information of Shenzhen Student Registration System, and the school must inform parents of relevant information;
(4) If the last digit of the mainland 18 ID number is the letter X, and the background has forced capitalization of X, parents need to enter a capitalized X; If Hong Kong and Macao parents use Hong Kong and Macao ID cards, choose "Other" as the certificate type, and pay attention to whether the "bracket" of the certificate number is full-width or half-width;
(5) The steps to retrieve the account number and password are complicated. It is recommended that the guardian record the account number and password through multiple channels and do a good job of confidentiality.

Parents of students enter the "Guangdong Government Service Network", click the "Switch" button at the top of the page, and select "Shenzhen → Administrative District (Baoan District) → Education Bureau (Baoan District Education Bureau) → Administrative Payment → Compulsory Education Degree Subsidy for Private Schools → Online Declaration" to enter the declaration process.
1. Guangdong unified identity authentication:
Select "Account Password", enter the account number and password, and click the "Login" button. If you forget your account or password, you can use the "password/account retrieval" function of Guangdong government service network and use the bound "mobile phone" number to retrieve it.
2. Conditional self-inspection:
Handle the area → select the street where the school is located, handle the situation → default the situation, improve the basic information of the applicant, check the service agreement and check the application letter.
3. Fill in the form:
(1) Students who successfully applied for funding last semester don't need to fill in the information, and the system will automatically backfill the relevant business data.
(2) If the application was unsuccessful last semester, the system will automatically fill in the identity information of students and parents. Please fill in the rest information according to the actual situation. After the review is correct, please click [Next].
Please fill in the household registration type correctly. The choice of household registration will directly affect the results of the second batch. Please choose "Deep Household" for deep households, "Hong Kong and Macao Household Registration" for non-deep households in Chinese mainland, and "Taiwan Province Household Registration" for household registration in Taiwan Province Province.
Guardians include parents or other legal guardians of students at school. Please fill in the guardian's name, household registration, work unit, certificate type and certificate number, and the relationship between the guardian and the students at school. There are two guardian information in the system. If there is only one guardian, the information of the guardian (2) will not be entered.
4. Upload materials:
Students who applied for degree subsidy in our district last semester don't need to upload any electronic materials, just click "submit" to skip the step of uploading materials; Students who did not apply or failed to apply last semester need to upload electronic photos of relevant certificates according to the household registration type. After uploading the required materials, click [Submit] to complete the subsidy business application.

Parents of students take screenshots in the declaration system (or screenshots of batch second circulation process or screenshots of mobile phone messages after declaration), and mark the school name, class name, students and students' names, and submit them to the school together with the receipt of the notice issued by the school as proof that parents have reported it.
The second batch passed the receipt, and the receipt needs to be reviewed.
