1. Generally, you will receive a notice of arrears before the power outage, and there will be a seal on the meter; If it is confirmed that it is a power outage due to arrears, you can follow and bind the public platform of "China Southern Power Grid 95598" through WeChat after paying the electricity bill, and click My Power Consumption >; Call back for arrears > enter the attention content, mobile phone number and SMS verification code according to the prompt, and then click Submit to apply for call back for arrears.

You need a user number to apply through the above channels. You can pay attention to the public platform of "China Southern Power Grid 95598", My Power Consumption >: Personal Center > Click the "+"sign, and bind the mobile phone number reserved by the power supply enterprise or the ID number of the meter owner to query the user number.

Power supply service commitment of China Southern Power Grid Corporation: customers who are in arrears and have power failure will resume power supply within 12 hours after paying the electricity bill.

2. If you are a card prepaid watt-hour meter user, please put the power purchase card on the power purchase card holder for about 60 seconds after the power purchase is completed. When the power purchase balance shows that the recharge is successful or the voice prompts that the recharge is successful.
