1. Smooth traffic flow Community access. While strictly implementing the management measures for closed and controlled areas, people outside the "two areas" are encouraged to participate in production and business activities such as agriculture, industry, commerce, and construction. When people enter and leave the community, the policy of "passing with a permit, reading the code without a permit, and registering without a code" is implemented. All government-involved construction units, community party branches, and property companies are not allowed to tighten the rules at will. People need to take personal protection, wear masks when traveling, and advocate "two points and one line" between work units and places of residence.

2. Smooth road traffic. To smooth traffic in the city, all physical hard isolation of roads in the city's jurisdiction has been removed to ensure smooth flow and safety. Foreigners stranded in Yucheng can leave Yu with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Local personnel will continue to practice "not leaving Yu unless necessary", and those who really need to leave Yu will follow the current policy.

3. Smooth production and operation. Except for the temporary closure of closed entertainment venues necessary for daily life, qualified industrial enterprises, construction sites, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., should be fully open under the premise of fulfilling the main responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, and actively accept the supervision of industry authorities.

4. Never relax in epidemic prevention and control. Optimize and improve a more strict and accurate source control mechanism, and do a good job in the management of "three people and three goods" for overseas visitors, people returning to Yu from key domestic areas, key control personnel, and foreign cold chain items, foreign non-cold chain ordinary items, and domestic express delivery . All departments, units and enterprises at all levels must implement regular epidemic prevention and control measures and resolutely hold the bottom line of preventing a large-scale rebound.
