According to the regulatory requirements of the People's Bank of China, when the bilateral receipts and payments of the same person's funds in all Class III accounts of the bank reach more than 50,000 yuan (inclusive), individuals are required to provide valid identity documents within 7 days, and keep copies, photocopies or video materials of the identity documents, and register other identity information such as personal occupation, residence address or work unit address, and validity period of the documents. If an individual fails to provide valid identity documents and register identity information within 7 days, the bank shall terminate all business of the account.

It is suggested that you supplement and improve your identity information through BOC outlets as soon as possible after receiving the SMS prompt, so as not to affect the normal use of your account. Please forgive the inconvenience.
