Huawei MATE9 information can be sent out but can't receive the information replied by the other party. Why?

Try to confirm that the notification function is turned on, and ensure that the system remains connected to the network while sleeping.

1. Notification function in WeChat application: enter WeChat, in My >; Settings > open in new message alert; Turn on the notification function of the system: click Settings > Notification and Status Bar > Notification Management > WeChat to turn on the notification of permissions and the priority display.

2. click settings > more > mobile network > always connect to data service. And select the WLAN/ mobile data connection switching prompt as automatically using mobile data connection.

3. click the phone manager > battery icon >; Lock the screen cleaning application and turn off the WeChat cleaning switch. Confirm the networking permission of WeChat.
