What if there is no sound when the old phone calls?

Check the ringtone setting, vibration setting and SIM card.

1. Check the ringtone setting: open the setting interface of the aging machine, and find the sound or ringtone setting option to ensure that the ringtone volume is not set to mute or minimum volume. It's mute or the lowest volume. Just turn up the ringtone.

2. Check the vibration setting: Also in the setting interface, check whether the vibration setting is turned on. Turn off the vibration and turn on the vibration function, so that even if there is no sound, the old machine will remind the incoming call through vibration.

3. Check the SIM card: Turn off the phone, take out the SIM card, and check whether the SIM card is damaged or loose. If there is something wrong with the SIM card, you can reinsert the SIM card to ensure that the card slot is fixed. Restart the computer and test whether the ringtone is restored.
