How do telecom mobile phones recharge their phone bills by sending short messages?

China Telecom prepaid card (new card) is recharged as follows:

1, use PHS/Tianyi mobile phone to send the short message "CZ* card password #" to 1000 1 to recharge the mobile phone;

2. Use PHS/Tianyi mobile phone to send short message "CZ* recharge number * card password #" to 1000 1 to realize recharge and payment;

3. Use PHS/Tianyi mobile phone to send the short message "YZFCZ* Recharge Payment Card Password #" to 1000 1 to recharge the payment account of Wing.

note:

1) Send a short message to 1000 1 for free recharge.

2) SMS recharge method can only recharge fixed telephones, PHS and Tianyi mobile phones.
