What is the scope of application of sp business license?

SP certificate is divided into whole network SP certificate and ground network SP certificate. The so-called whole network SP certificate is the qualification to operate the national SP, and the ground network SP certificate is the qualification to operate the SP business in the province where the company is located. The difference between them lies in the different business scope.

SP license is required for SMS, MMS (mobile newspaper, SMS group sending, customer service system), WAP (mobile internet access), CRBT, treasure chest, JAVA games, BREW navigation application, etc.

A company applying for sp business license shall meet the following conditions:

The materials that the company needs to prepare for the sp business license are:

4. Social security certificates of three people in the last month.

5. ID cards of company personnel, as well as their mobile phones and email addresses.
