How does China Telecom cancel Internet traffic by sending short messages?

China Telecom cancels the Internet traffic by sending short messages as follows:

1. Turn on the phone first, and find and open the information icon in the main interface of the phone.

2. After clicking the information icon, enter "QXLL" in the sending box of the main information interface and "1000 1" in the receiving input box.

3. After input, click the arrow icon on the right side of the input box to send a short message and cancel the internet traffic.
