Why can't vivo x5pro download MMS or keep prompting transmission interruption by texting?

The mobile phone cannot receive or download MMS, which can be handled as follows:

1, using mobile network to download (MMS cannot be downloaded in WiFi environment);

2. Try to replace another SIM card;

3. Check the sending time of MMS. The storage time of MMS in the network is limited, and it cannot be downloaded after expiration;

4. Upgrade the mobile phone to the latest version;

5. Restart your phone or try downloading it again at another time.

Solution for unable to send SMS:

1, it is suggested to try another area or time period with good signal;

2. Check whether the phone bill is sufficient or change a SIM card;

3. Go to Settings-Information-SMS Center Number-Check whether the SMS Center number is correct (the local SMS Center number can be searched online);
