Here, taking Xiaomi 4 mobile phone as an example, the setting method is as follows:

First, click "Dial" on the phone desktop.

Second, after entering, click on the symbol in the red box in the upper right corner of the page below.

Third, then select the "Settings" option.

Fourth, then open "Call Transfer Settings" to enter.
