1. Boli coalfield is mined in this area. Coalfield control scope: yilan county in the west, Baoqing County in the east, huanan county in the north and Jidong County in the south. East-west length 140km, north-south width 70km, with a total area of 9800km2.

2, coal proven reserves and reserves

Accumulated proven geological reserves are 2.05 billion tons and predicted geological reserves are 2.600 billion tons. At the end of 2002, the geological reserves were 654.38+766 million tons.

Boli coalfield is dominated by coking coal with complete coal types. Among the proven reserves, coking coal accounts for 82.69%, and non-coking coal accounts for 17.5438+0%. Among them, fat coal accounts for 6.39%, 1/3 coking coal accounts for 34%, coking coal accounts for 12.63%, anthracite accounts for 8.93%, and other coals account for 8.38%. The characteristics of coal types in the mining area are mainly high-quality coal and 1/3 coking coal, and the coking coal-bearing coals such as lean coal, lean coal and fat coal are complete. Second, the development and utilization of coal resources

Boli coalfield is one of the three rare coalfields in China, the only coking coal production base in Northeast China and the largest anthracite production base in Heilongjiang Province. It has been 45 years since 1958 developed, but the fastest development is near 15. At present, there are two major coal production systems, mainly state-owned super-large coal enterprises (Qi Mei Group), supplemented by local private small and medium-sized coal enterprises. Up to now, it has produced 312.6 million tons of raw coal, including 225 million tons of Qi Mei Group; The local system is 87.6 million tons.

The current raw coal production capacity in qitaihe city is 20 million tons/year, and the total output in 2005 is 20.04 million tons. Among them, Qi Mei Group has 8 large and medium-sized mines with a total designed production capacity of 7.23 million tons/year; There are also 62 small mines with a production capacity of 3.6 million tons/year, with a total output of14.4 million tons in 2005. There are 36/kloc-0 small and medium-sized mines in local coal mines, with an approved total capacity of 610.2 million tons/year and a total output of 7.23 million tons in 2005.

There are more than 30 coal preparation plants in the city, with raw coal washing capacity150,000 tons/year.

Three. The situation of five planned exploration areas

Shili exploration area. It is divided into East Shili District and West Shili District, and the coal types are mainly coking coal, lean coal and lean coal. Coal ash is divided into medium ash and low ash coal, with an average ash content of 33%. Pre-acquired coal resources reserves are 654.38 billion tons. The total pre-production reserves of the two regions are 654.38+500 million tons.

Beixingbei exploration area. Beixing North District is located in the northeast of qitaihe city, covering an area of 80km2. Reserves submitted for exploration170,000 tons.

Racecourse Exploration Area. Machang exploration area is located in the northeast of qitaihe city, with a pre-acquired coal resource reserve of 600 million tons.

Lunan supplementary exploration area. The area is located 70km east of qitaihe city, covering an area of 20 square kilometers, with a coal resource reserve of 500 million tons.

Tienan exploration area. Tienan District is located in the south of Qitaihe River12km, with an area of 20 square kilometers and a coal resource reserve of 800 million tons.

Four, five exploration areas of the existing mining rights, the application of the relevant information.

Racecourse exploration area 1

There is a small local coal mine-Hengtoushan Coal Mine, with a mining area of 0.5264020km2 and a geological reserve of 655,000 tons. In the west, the paid exploration project applied by Team 204 in 2004, and in the east, Boli County Resources Bureau applied for exploration, preparing to obtain exploration rights in the form of listing. No unit or individual has applied for coal exploration in the periphery.

2. West Shili District

Since 1984, several individual coal mines have been mined in this mining area, and the approved geological reserves are C+D: 80.368 million tons. Up to now, * * * has used 2.34 million tons of coal resources. 200 1 when the coal safety conditions were accepted, 24 enterprises passed the acceptance, and all of them are now in normal production. In 2003, Heilongjiang Baoqingjie Coal Company applied to the Provincial Department of Land and Resources to exploit two resources in this area, namely Baoyuan No.2 Well and Baoyuan No.3 Well, which are located in the east and north of the mining area, with an area of 0.67 and 1.97km2 respectively. The reserves are 135.25 and 1238300 tons respectively.

3. lunan district

There are 28 small coal mines in this area, and 14 mine was updated in 2000. In addition, qitaihe city Qiezihe Coal Industry Co., Ltd. has no exploration right ... with an area of 3.5km2 and a reserve of 5 million tons. At present, Black Dragon Procter & Gamble Coal Company is applying for the establishment of mining rights here, with a mining area of 1.90km2 and a reserve of 1.4487 million tons.

4. Tienan District

In 2000, seven mines passed the provincial inspection, with the largest mining right of 6 square kilometers. In addition, Heilongbao Qingjie Coal Company has a prospecting right here, with an area of 12km2, and is currently conducting a general survey.

5. Beixing North District

There are 9 original small coal mines, 4 of which were replaced in 2000. They have passed the provincial acceptance and put into production, and now they have been put into production.

Technical transformation and 17 major minor reconstruction and expansion projects in No.5 and No.9 mines.

1, 600,000 tons/year technical transformation project of Tiexin Coal Mine. Coal is mainly lean coal, with an area of 12km2, recoverable reserves of 32 million tons and a total investment of 220 million yuan.

2, Lubei Coal Mine 450,000 tons/year technical transformation project. Seven small wells (with a total capacity of 200,000 tons/year) belonging to Lushan High Quality Coal Co., Ltd. were transformed into high-efficiency mines with a capacity of 450,000 tons/year. The coal types are coking coal and 1/3 coking coal, the recoverable reserves are15.3 million tons, and the total investment is estimated to be112.5 million yuan.

3. 600,000 tons/year technical transformation project of Lunan Coal Mine. Up to now, Qiezihe Coal Industry Co., Ltd. has expanded three small mines (all 30,000 tons/year) in the third district of Lushan Mountain into 600,000 tons/year mines, with a total resource area of 12.5km2, recoverable reserves of 35 million tons and a total investment of 50 million yuan.

4. The 450,000-ton/year technical transformation project of Jixiang Coal Mine will transform the existing 60,000-ton/year mine of Jixiang Coal Mine into a medium-sized high-efficiency mine with an annual production capacity of 450,000 tons, which will be used as the anthracite production base in our city. The recoverable reserves are12.5 million tons, and the total investment of the project is estimated to be112.5 million yuan.

5. 300,000 tons/year technical transformation project of No.5 well in Boli County Coal Mine. On the basis of the existing 90,000-ton/year mine, it will be transformed into a 300,000-ton/year mine, with 9 million tons in industrial reserve and 810.9 million tons of recoverable reserves. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 60 million yuan.

6. 300,000 tons/year technical transformation project of Yinxing Coal Mine. On the basis of the existing 90,000 tons/year, the mine was transformed into a mine with 300,000 tons/year. The industrial reserve of this mine is 9 1 1 10,000 tons, and the recoverable reserves are 8.38 million tons. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 75 million yuan.

7. Deli Energy Tieqi Coal Mine 450,000 tons/year technical transformation project. On the basis of the existing 300,000 tons/year, the mine has been transformed into a 450,000 tons/year mine, with 45.3 million tons in industrial reserve and 26.7 million tons in recoverable reserves. The total investment of the project is estimated to be18.5 million yuan.

8. Tsinghua No.2 Coal Mine 6,543,8+0,500 tons/year technical transformation project. Based on the existing production capacity of 30,000 tons/year, it is transformed into a mine with 2.4 million tons and recoverable reserves of 6.5438+0.92 million tons in industrial reserve. The total investment of the project is 27.5 million yuan.

9, Tienan Coal Mine 2 1 10,000 tons/year technical transformation project. On the basis of the existing 60,000 tons/year, the mine was transformed into a mine with 2 1 10,000 tons/year, with a industrial reserve of 5 million tons and a recoverable reserve of 4 million tons, with a total investment of 20 million yuan.

Through screening, there are 17 small coal mines with transformation conditions, which are distributed in four mining areas. We can consider centralized transformation in different mining areas, and adjust the total production capacity from 380,000 tons/year to 6,543,800 tons/year, with a net increase of 940,000 tons/year.
