2. Unicom's mobile phone business hall APP also opened a self-service account cancellation service. If it's not convenient to go to the lobby, you can also log in to China Unicom's mobile phone business hall APP- Handle-Handle Other Business-Cancel the account, and directly cancel the mobile phone card. The specific steps are as follows:

1). Step 1: Go to the home page of account cancellation and select the reason for account cancellation (single choice).

2) Step 2: Click "Next" to enter the user notification interface, and "I have read and agreed to the user notification" must be checked.

3) Step 3: Enter the SMS verification code /ICCID verification number.

4) Step 4: After SMS verification /ICCID verification passes, the system will judge whether the account balance meets the processing conditions.

5) Step 5: After the identity authentication is passed, click Next to enter the on-site verification stage.

6) Step 6: After the real person is authenticated, enter the balance transfer method (bank card, mobile phone number, and give up the balance).
