My shipment was obviously not a problem. If ZTO said it was a problem, it was their mistake. Moreover, it was not until the Zhongtong staff at the place of dispatch in Zhumadian contacted me that I found out the reason for not delivering. After explaining it clearly to the Zhongtong company in Wuhan, the place of shipment, the other party said that Zhongtong in Zhumadian I will be contacted as soon as possible, but no one has contacted me yet. I contacted the delivery person's phone number on the online logistics tracking information. The delivery person said he was embarrassed to see us and just left the door... This is what happened. From beginning to end, urgently needed materials were delayed for nearly a week for no reason, and finally this was the result.

Problems with Zhumadian Zhongtong Express:

4. Do not contact the customer when delivering, and leave the door directly without customer acceptance;

After experiencing problems such as ZTO crushing the digital camera I delivered and losing the memory card two years ago, I am completely disappointed with ZTO’s service again.
