Recently, the number of local cases and the spread area in China have been rising continuously, showing the characteristics of multiple points, wide areas, multiple occurrences and the superposition of Delta and Omicron mutants. On March 7th, there were 175 new cases and 330 new cases of asymptomatic infection in COVID-19, and 16 provinces reported the epidemic situation. As of 9: 00 on March 8, there were 1 1 high-risk areas and 146 medium-risk areas in China. In order to prevent the import of COVID-19 epidemic and effectively control and block the spread risk of COVID-19 epidemic, Nanyang COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office hereby urgently reminds the general public and friends:

First, take the initiative to report the trip.

1. People who have lived in medium-high risk areas and local cities in the past 14 days;

2. People who have traveled and returned to areas with local case reports in the past 14 days;

3. Those who have an intersection with the published positive cases and are accompanied by empty people;

4. Persons whose health code is red or yellow.

Please take the initiative to report to your community, work unit or hotel as soon as possible, and cooperate with relevant prevention and control measures such as medical observation, nucleic acid detection and health monitoring.

Second, do it in advance.

In the past 14 days, people who have lived in high-risk areas and have crossed the published positive case itinerary are advised to temporarily return to Wan Wan. Those who come from other areas and return should report to their units and communities 3 days in advance, and those who return from outside the province should also hold negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours.

Third, arrange the trip reasonably.

Pay close attention to the changes of epidemic situation in COVID-19, China, and advocate not going out of the province unless necessary. If it is not necessary in the near future, don't go to medium and high-risk areas, areas where confirmed cases are reported, and land border port cities in non-medium and high-risk areas; If you really need to go, please be sure to report to your community in advance, understand the local epidemic prevention and control measures, and do personal protection throughout. After returning to Nanyang, report to the unit, community or local epidemic prevention department in time, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures.

Fourth, do a good job in personal protection

Maintain good hygiene habits, such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation and wearing masks. Do not get together or gather together, keep the social distance above 1 meter, and strictly cooperate with the prevention and control measures such as code scanning and temperature measurement when entering and leaving public places such as airports, stations, shopping malls and farmers' markets.

Five, to carry out health monitoring

Pay attention to the health of individuals and their families. If you have fever, fatigue, cough, diarrhea and other suspicious symptoms, you should go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital in time, take personal protection on the way, and don't take public transportation. Please take the initiative to inform the travel history and contact history in detail when seeing a doctor.

Sixth, take the initiative to vaccinate.

Vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine is the most economical and effective means to prevent COVID-19 infection. Studies have shown that vaccination with booster needles can effectively prevent mutant strains. Citizens who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine, have not completed the whole vaccination or meet the requirements for enhanced vaccination, please take the initiative to go to the nearest vaccination clinic as soon as possible to jointly build a national immune barrier.

Seven, the implementation of prevention and control responsibilities

All kinds of risk groups that meet the above requirements should take the initiative to report at the first time and strictly implement personal responsibility for prevention and control. Those who conceal, falsely report or fail to implement prevention and control measures according to regulations, resulting in serious consequences, will be investigated for legal responsibility according to the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies.
