How to cancel celadon game account?

Enter the celadon game, click on the personal information in the avatar, find the sign of account cancellation, fill in the information according to the prompt after clicking, and you can cancel after submitting.

After finding the cancellation account, click to enter your account number, mobile phone number and verification code, click to get the SMS verification code, enter the received SMS verification code, upload the front and back of the ID card respectively, click I have seen and agreed to the celadon terms of service and celadon privacy agreement, and finally click Submit.

Celadon staff will review the cancellation within 15 working days. After the audit is successful, a text message will be sent through your mobile phone number.
