I. Pre-inspection requirements

(1) Passengers who have not been vaccinated, or those who have been vaccinated with inactivated vaccines such as Kexing and Sinopharm, and those who have been vaccinated with inactivated vaccines and non-inactivated vaccines (one of which must be vaccinated in the whole process) should be tested for nucleic acid (PCR) and serum IgM antibodies. Those who fail to complete the number of doses to be vaccinated, or those who are vaccinated with two doses of inactivated vaccine on the same day, or those who are not vaccinated according to the local prescribed procedures, are regarded as not vaccinated.

(2) Passengers vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines such as Pfizer/Fubitai, Madena, Kangxinuo and zhifei Longma should carry out nucleic acid (PCR) and serum total antibody N protein detection (hereinafter referred to as "double detection of nucleic acid and N protein antibody"), and serum IgM detection is not required. Both nucleic acid and N protein antibody are negative, so you can apply for health code.

If only one dose of vaccine is needed to inoculate Kangxinuo, nucleic acid (PCR) and N protein antibody should be detected 14 days after inoculation. For example, if the vaccination was completed on August 1 day, the re-inspection should be conducted on August 15.

(3) No matter what kind of test is conducted, a double test certificate with a verifiable QR code must be provided (see Annex 2 for an example).

II. Requirements for vaccination certificate

(1) Passengers who have been vaccinated should, in principle, go to China after vaccination 14 days. For example, after the last vaccination in September 1 day, you can choose the flight that leaves as early as September 15.

(2) Persons who have completed vaccination (regardless of vaccine type) need to upload vaccination certificates issued by vaccination institutions or officials.
