How many words can an enterprise send a short message?

This distinguishes between two situations,

1, short message, theoretically 70 characters, but in practical application, we have to deduct the signature, assuming that the signature is 5 characters, the actual content is only 65 characters. Suppose the signature is 10 characters and the actual character is only 60 characters, then the actual character =70- signature.

2. Theoretically, a long short message can have hundreds of words, and it needs to be deducted and signed. The charging method is that a short message charges 70 characters, including signature. For example, if the number of words in the content and signature is 170, it will be charged according to three items.
