The first is to strengthen reporting back home.

Returning college students need to report to their destinations through the "Henan Reporting" platform or WeChat, SMS, telephone and other means three days in advance. According to the reported situation, the township government should find out the base number of returning college students, establish a ledger, and achieve "four clearness", that is, the source of returnees is clear, the mode of transportation is clear, the health status of returnees is clear, and the control measures for returnees are clear.

Second, the classification and implementation of control

1, college students go back to Shanghai. Point-to-point docking from universities in Shanghai and Zhengzhou, closed-loop transportation to Zhengzhou, and free isolation in Zhengzhou for 7 days. After 7 days of centralized isolation, it was transported to the residence by the local township government in a closed loop, and home health monitoring was carried out for 7 days.

2, high-risk areas and local cases of the county back to Xi personnel. Implement red team management and centralized isolation 14 days. Nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14, and "double collection and double inspection" was carried out when the isolation was released.

3. Returnees from other counties in the city where high-risk areas are located and from other counties in the city where local cases occur. Yellow code management, home isolation or home health monitoring for 7 days according to the risk degree, and home nucleic acid detection on 1, 3, 5 and 7 days. Don't go out unless necessary, and turn green after health monitoring.

4, low-risk areas outside the province who return to tin city. Check the "two codes and one certificate" and implement two inspections in three days.

5. People returning from cities where low-risk areas are located inside and outside the province. 1 nucleic acid was detected within 24 hours after entering the west, and the green codes of health code and travel code were used orderly. If the yellow code is not detected on time, the decoding will be completed within 24 hours.
