Party B must apply for a credit card through the formal channels approved by Party A. If Party B provides information to others to apply for a credit card knowing that the payee is not a staff member of the channels approved by Party A or an illegal intermediary, resulting in the loss of bank funds, Party B shall bear all the losses.
