Step 1: drill a hole in the center of the bottom of the beverage paper cup, and the size of the hole is better for inserting a straw.

Step 2: put some stones in the paper cup to increase the weight.

Step 3: Cover the lid that comes with the beverage paper cup.

Step 4: Insert the straw into the drilled paper cup, and the base of the anemometer will be fine.

Step 5: drill a hole in the center of the bottom of the jelly box and drill four holes evenly around it.

Step 6: Fix the drilled jelly box on the base of the anemometer.

Step 7: Divide the two disposable paper cups into two halves from the middle. Then insert bamboo sticks into their bottom edges.

Step 8: Fix the bamboo stick with adhesive tape and insert it into the jelly box with holes.

Step 9: Insert the other three and a half cups into the jelly box in the same way.

Step 10: Insert the bamboo stick into the straw, which is higher than the straw.
