How to format your mobile phone

If you are using a vivo phone, you can refer to the following methods of formatting storage space:

1. Format the memory card: Go to Settings--Storage and Storage--Format SD card (for some models, enter Settings--More Settings--Storage--Format SD Card);

2. Format internal storage: Enter Settings--System Management/More Settings-- Backup and reset/restore factory settings--Clear all data--Check format local storage--Clear immediately.

Formatting the local storage will delete all data on the device, such as software, contacts, text messages, files, etc. Other than that, there will be no other impact.

Format SD card: clear the data on the memory card.
