How long should the high-speed rail refund be advanced?

Refund can be made 15 minutes before the high-speed rail ticket. In fact, as long as it is before the train leaves, you can go through the refund procedure. If you buy a high-speed rail ticket online, or buy a high-speed rail ticket at the station window or ticket vending machine, you can apply for a refund online or choose to refund it at the manual window. Generally, the refund will arrive within 15 working days.

Time limit of high-speed rail refund rules:

1. If the refund time is more than 8 days before driving, there is no need to deduct the handling fee.

2. If the refund time of the high-speed rail ticket is more than 48 hours before driving, 5% will be deducted as the refund fee.

3. If the refund formalities are handled within 24-48 hours before driving, 10% of the face price will be charged as the refund fee.

4. If the ticket is refunded within 24 hours before driving, 20% of the high-speed rail fare will be charged as a handling fee.

5. Refund time is between 48 hours and 8 days before departure, and if the refund is made more than 8 days after departure, arrival or transfer to other trains, 5% of the face price of the high-speed rail ticket will be deducted as the refund fee.

6. If it is less than 2 hours after driving, you can't apply for a refund, but you can only apply for a change.
