Telecom mobile phones can only send messages, not receive them. What happened?

Operate according to the following methods:

1. It is recommended to go to Settings-Applications-All-SMS-Clear Data.

2. Restart the phone to see if it is a signal problem.

3. Check whether the number of the information center is correct: Information-Menu button in the lower left corner-Settings-Information Center.

4. Try to replace another sim card, or wipe the contact point between the mobile phone card and the mobile phone (whether the SIM card is in poor contact or not).

5. It is recommended to try firmware upgrade. (Settings-About Equipment-System Update).
