If the foreign labor inspection company refuses to pay the rectification notice, the local labor inspection brigade can accept the complaint. The duty of the labor inspection department is to investigate and punish employers who violate the labor law and impose fines. If the employer complains anonymously to the labor inspection brigade, the labor inspection brigade will not accept it. When accepting labor complaint cases, the labor inspection brigade must make clear the specific information of both parties. Interpretation of the Regulations on Labor Security Supervision Article 10 The administrative department of labor security shall carry out labor security supervision and perform the following duties: (1) publicize labor security laws, regulations and rules and urge the employing units to implement them; (two) check the employer's compliance with labor security laws, regulations and rules; (three) to accept reports and complaints about violations of labor security laws, regulations or rules; (four) to correct and investigate violations of labor security laws, regulations or rules according to law.
