Xiaomi 2s Telecom Edition can accept SMS but can't send SMS. What is the reason?

1. Please open Settings ~ Applications ~ Information ~ Clear Data and try to see if it works.

It still doesn't work. Please put your mobile phone card into other mobile phones to see if you can send and receive short messages normally.

2. If you can't send and receive SMS normally, please contact the network operator to see if it's the sim card.

If you can send and receive short messages, I suggest that you re-insert the card into your mobile phone and send yourself a short message to see if you can receive it.
