1. Install and run QQ Synchronization Assistant on the mobile phone, and run QQ Synchronization Assistant.

2. At the three points in the upper right corner of the motor, select More Backups from the pop-up menu.

3. Click on the SMS backup and recovery in the interface.

4. Next, open the interface shown in the figure below. To back up the message, you can click "Back up to the network".

5. Check the email that needs to be backed up, and click the bottom backup.
