(4) People who have lived in high-risk areas or districts and cities without local cluster epidemics within 14 days: they can flow with negative proof of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours; if there is no negative proof, they can flow freely after nucleic acid testing and registration of relevant information. The above-mentioned personnel shall replenish nucleic acid within 48 hours after their arrival.
