Cancellation of express booking needs to be based on the way of ordering:

Some couriers will receive text messages automatically sent by the courier system after placing an order successfully. Content of SMS: You have successfully placed an order, please wait a moment, and the order collection will be replied to XX, and the reply will be cancelled. If you cancel, I suggest you reply to XX by SMS.

To cancel the order, WeChat should pay attention to "XX Express" and bind the mobile phone number, and then go to the official account of WeChat-"Popular"-"My Express"-"My Mail" to see your order. If you want to cancel the order, please click the "Cancel Mail" button to cancel the order.

You can call customer service to cancel.

Specific steps;

1. If you need to make an online reservation, open the Taobao website-on Taobao homepage-My Taobao-and click "Please return the goods" (this button will only be displayed after the seller agrees), then jump to the return page and click the "Make an appointment to pick up the goods by courier" button.

2. If you order a courier and the courier company picks it up, you can directly fill in the logistics number and logistics company information in the second step below and submit it directly. It is not necessary to operate the following steps.

3. Through the first step above, confirm the delivery address, select the logistics company, click "Submit Appointment", and then wait patiently for the delivery staff of the logistics company to pick up the goods.

4. Submit the return waybill number when the courier of the courier company comes to pick up the goods successfully. The first step of re-operation: open the Taobao website-on the Taobao homepage-My Taobao-Bought Baby-and click "Please Return". In the second step below, directly submit the return waybill number, and then "submit the return information".

5. After submitting the return information, a page will pop up, and the progress of the return refund will be changed to-waiting for the seller to receive the refund.

Special note: Taobao system will have a confirmation time of 10 days. If the seller still fails to handle it after 10, the system will automatically refund it.
